Hi there! My name is Vivek. I'm 20 years old and I'm from India. I live in Bangalore, also called the Garden City of India. I am a first year law student at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. I don't have too many hobbies, but I enjoy reading and I also love sleeping. I also play soccer, cricket and table tennis. Ok..this is my first attempt at creating a web page so i know its pretty crappy. But hell, its my first web page and I'm proud of it..heh..heh.. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

The Electric Chair... | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
On the left you see an electric chair. 2000-2200 volts at 7-12 amperes for 60-90 seconds, possibly lowered and reapplied at various intervals until death. Another method, according to an article in the 6/7/1990 Washington Times, is 700-1000 volts at 6 amperes for one minutes, then a second jolt of 2000 volts for another minute. (In comparison, Edison | claimed that 1000 volts would kill instantly.) When a a person is electrocuted in an electric chair the body temperature goes up to about 138 degrees Fahrenheit and is initially too hot to touch. Inner tissues are baked like well-done beef. Physical reactions include heaving chest, gurgles, foaming mouth, bloody sweat, burning hair and skin, and release of feces. The eyeballs pop out of the head, necessitating the leather mask the prisoner is forced to wear. Gruesome isn't it? Now if you have any complaints, derogatory remarks, etc. about my web page, well, all I can say is that you deserve the electric chair. However, I am wiling to make a concession to people who give me genuinely well intentioned advice on improving my web page...I'd probably even thank them..heh..heh.. ('course this doesn't apply to people who tell me to scrap this page and think that that is well intentioned advice...)
